This summer, the club plans to invite a number of foreign stars, starting with the UK punk bank Toy Dolls, who will perform on May 24.

"Zöld Pardon will continue to give performance opportunities to Hungarian bands, but we decided to also give something new to audiences and started organising guest performances by international acts," András Márton, who helps book acts for the venue, told culture.hu.

Programme organiser Mátyás Szepesi said talks are underway with several foreign performers on playing at the Zöld Pardon this summer.

Zöld Pardon opened this year on April 19 with three days of concerts including performances by Anima Sound System and the pop duo Jamie Winchester and Róbert Hrutka.

This year the Zöld Pardon will feature live jazz in early evening. The organisers invite listeners to enjoy a meal or a drink with the performance.
