The octagonal Meduza has been the venue for festival-goers to find experimental and progressive electronic acts since 2006. The building is gone, but the festival organisers promise that ?the spirit stays the same and grows bigger? at the A38 Stage?s ?Meduza Nights?.
On the programme are DJ Fresh, a ?true ambassador? of contemporary drum?n?bass, as well as Tiga, Canada?s ?number one? electro musician and founder of the Turbo Recordings label, the organisers say.
Tiga?s label will present Azari & III, who play a mix of house, electro and pop.
Italian ?electro and fidget grand master? Crookers will play the stage, and Ed Banger Records will show their star SebastiAn.
Lincoln Barrett, a.k.a. High Contrast, is another foreign act on the bill.
Among the local acts that will take the state are Yonderboi, Chris.Su, Coyote, Jade and Secret Factory.
The Dutch band Katzenjammer, Agnes Obel from Denmark and the UK?s Anna Calvi will perform earlier on the A38 stage.
