Work by Hungarian minorities living in the Carpathian Basin ore elsewhere may submit up to five photographs in black and white or colour. Photo series will not be accepted.
The deadline for submitting works is August 1. An exhibition of the best photographs submitted will take place between September 18 and October 2.
