Eger Theatre Joins Travelling Festival

Árpád Sata and Valetin Venczel in Uncle Pityu's Son by the Gárdonyi Géza Theatre of Eger 

The Gárdonyi Géza Theatre will perform János Háy's play Uncle Pityu's Son, the Rictus Theatre of Nantes will show Sylvian Levey's Concrete Jungle, the Western Czech Theatre of Cheb will put on Vaclav Havel's The Conspirators, and the Serbian National Theatre of Novi Sad will bring Milena Makovich's Baby Boat to the festival, which will start in Novi Sad on October 30. In the following years, the festival will travel to Cheb, Eger and conclude in Nantes.

 
The festival has received a EUR 200,000 grant from the European Union, which is enough to cover 40 percent of all costs.
