The short took second place in the fiction category, and its sound engineer Tamás Zányi won a prize for his work in the film at the 16th FeSanCor in Santiago.
There were 113 films in competition at this year's festival.
With a Little Patience has been awarded 14 prizes so far. The film will show next in Cyprus, Italy and Turkey.
